LABOR RATE: $75.00 Per Hour for Air Conditioning Service during normal working hours.
Labor Rates are in effect for people without Service Contracts or Calls not covered by the service contract.

We offer AUTOMATIC OIL DELIVERY SERVICE. BUDGET PLANS are also available to ease your
monthly fuel costs. Payments are due by the 10th of the month (September thru June).

CALL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS: We require a one (1) week notice, and a minimum of 150 gallons
per delivery. A SPECIAL DELIVERY CHARGE OF $75.00 will be added to your invoice if these
requirements are not met. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SENIORS (62 or older) receive a 2 cent per gallon discount & $30.00 off Service Contract
